Elbow dysplasia is one of the most common causes of front leg lameness.  This condition involves multiple develomental abnormalities in the elbow joint – osteochondritis, ununited anconeal process, fragmented medial coronoid process, and even elbow incongruency. The most common cause of this condition is osteochondrosis, a disease of the cartilage around joints.
